We created Abidjan-Sud Contractor Services Sarl out of a sense of purpose. Indeed, it is a company that addresses social and land-related needs. It is a licensed land developer and real estate promoter.

We are responding to job creation through our projects. Although we deal with both urban and rural land, we want to restore the tarnished image of land ownership in Côte d'Ivoire.


Our plots are guaranteed with ACD, without dispute and the areas range from 300 m2 to 1000 m2 and more.
